Regional Cultural Center named after Z. Herbert announces "Naming competition for the longest Polish promenade". The goal is to select a name for the previously unnamed walking and cycling route.

On September 28 and 29, the Local Government Cultural Forum was held in Wejherowo. On the second day of the forum, local government officials talked about culture as an important factor in the development of cities. The discussion was attended by, among others: representatives of cities applying for the title of European Capital of Culture in 2029.

On Thursday, September 14, a day before the scheduled date, the deputy mayor for social affairs Ilona Grędas-Wójtowicz together with the head of the Mayor's Office Paulina Żupaniec at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage submitted our city's application together with a 60-page application for the title of European Capital of Culture in 2029.

Public consultations on the use of bicycles and bicycle paths have begun. There are more and more people using two-wheelers. It is important that officials can learn their observations and opinions.
