An innovative tourist project based on the characters of the Kołobrzeg Marian Family is underway. The key element of the initiative is an innovative web application, thanks to which tourists will be able to explore the city independently, moving along a designated route.
The app will combine guide functions with elements of a city game – users will solve puzzles, learn local stories and compete with each other, earning points. An additional attraction will be short stories about the Marianas – nice figures scattered around Kołobrzeg, who have become a permanent part of the city's character.
The project is carried out in cooperation with the Unsere Pomeren association and received funding of EUR 24 from the INTERREG VIA Cooperation Programme Mecklenburg-Vorpommern / Brandenburg / Poland 946,00 - 2021; INTERREG VI A Small Projects Fund - Culture and Sustainable Tourism.
Intensive work is underway to make the application and the entire project available to tourists before the summer season.
