Nearly sixty authors from eight countries, along with over 350 participants in literary programs, participated in TransPort Literacki 31, which took place in Dźwirzyno and Kołobrzeg from April 23–26, 2026. Guests included Péter Nádas and participants of the international project "Here and Now." The program also included anniversary events by Ewa Kuryluk and Tadeusz Sławek, a meeting and concert by Tomek Lipiński, presentations by debutants from the "Pół" project, and events with music by Jerzy Mazzolla.

The theme of the edition was "Here it begins next," emphasizing a shift from summaries to process, change, and the crossing of boundaries in literature. The festival functioned as a space for exchange between languages, experiences, and participants, and its formula shifted from the classic stage-audience structure to a collaborative workshop. The program included readings, international meetings, and workshops that developed both writing and the co-creation of literary life.

The event was attended not only by authors but also by translators, editors, curators, and readers. Workshops, including "Pół" (Catch), and creative development workshops played a key role. For the first time, the "Kadry literatury" (Literature Staff) program was also implemented, aimed at those involved in the book circulation. The workshops were led by experienced literary practitioners, emphasizing the collaborative nature of literary creation.

The "Creative Literature" program expanded its activities to include drama, music, and audiovisual forms. Screenwriting workshops with an industry partner were held, along with parallel "Fishing" groups and workshops for pre-debut writers. It was in this space that participants developed their texts—from initial rehearsals to conscious participation in culture.

A significant element of the festival were book launches and presentations of new voices from Poland. The event also had an international dimension thanks to the participation of foreign authors and translators. Each day began with the "Starting the Imagination" series, and the event was complemented by musical events and a final gala with an award ceremony and album release. A debate on the role of artificial intelligence in culture was also held.

The festival was held primarily at the Senator Hotel in Dźwirzyno, with some events taking place in Kołobrzeg. It was organized by the Literary Bureau, with Artur Burszta in charge of the program. A broad curatorial and production team was involved in its implementation.

The event was realized thanks to the support of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the European Commission and numerous institutional and local partners, which confirmed its importance for the development of contemporary literary life.
